Call of Duty World at War Main menu/ lobby question? - main lobby crack

First, I have the game for the 360 and my TV is only 22in.

However, in the lower right corner of the screen in the main menu and the lobby does not matter, I see little white lines that say, 11 or 1.1 to note that there appear to be very small. Is it, as the version of the game is, or is it something that should not be there?
