Go ice skating, endurance training (running, elliptical, stairs, etc.), and weight / strength training are all good. In addition, you can do stretching, pilates, yoga, abs, pumps and maybe a dance class or something. Basically, stay as active and eat right so that at least when I get back, you are still fit and fast in the position again.

Well, I think Pilates helps because it strengthens its base and a strong core helps your rotation. Another thing with the rotation is present, and turn around and land. Also, if you try to land on the ice would. This seems very useful to keep in shape if it is not practiced, or even on holiday, no ice.

Yoga is my own method of personal training. Learn a few simple installation and helps your strength, flexibility and relaxation of the body. Each approach has its own advantages. Try it out. (Some yoga positions are the positions of the spiral, as do those too.)

Finally throughs go practice. Gradually, in the intention of taking a jump or spin or anything really. Help with memory and muscle alignment. Use a mirror. It helped me with my jumps and spins, because I can see where everything is possible, then practice until it is consistent.
